運営者: CodeDot合同会社(以下「当社」)。IidaOne アプリ(以下「本アプリ」)で扱う情報と、その使い方を説明します。

アカウントなしで使う場合

• ランダムに作られたインストールIDと、アプリを開いた日付。1日あたりの利用数を数えるために当社のサーバーに保存します。
• 設定(言語、地区、興味タグ)は端末の中にだけ保存し、当社のサーバーには送信しません。

アカウントを作った場合

• メールアドレス: ログイン用の確認コードを送るために使います。他の利用者には表示しません。
• プロフィール: ユーザー名、表示名、自己紹介、表示言語。ユーザー名・表示名・自己紹介は他の利用者に表示されます。アカウントが公開か非公開かも、ユーザー名と同じように他の利用者に表示されます。地区と興味タグはアカウントを作っても端末の中にだけ保存されます。
• 投稿したもの: 投稿、写真、コメント、いいね、フォロー、フォローリクエスト、参加したコミュニティ、ブロック、通報。投稿はあなたが選んだ相手(フォロワー、または選んだコミュニティの参加者)にだけ表示されます。アカウントを非公開にすると、フォローにはあなたの承認が必要になり、フォローリクエストは承認・拒否・取り消しまで残ります。非公開アカウントの「フォロワー」向けの投稿は承認したフォロワーにだけ表示され、コミュニティへの投稿は公開・非公開にかかわらずそのコミュニティの参加者に表示されます。公開に戻すと、保留中のフォローリクエストは自動的に承認されます。写真はアップロード前に端末で作り直し、撮影場所などの位置情報(EXIF)を取り除きます。
• 利用数: ログイン中にアプリを開いた日付は、あなたのアカウントと結び付けて記録します。
• プッシュ通知: 通知を許可した場合、端末の通知用トークンを保存します。

16歳未満の方

アカウントは16歳以上の方が対象です。16歳未満の方のアカウントであることが分かった場合は、そのアカウントと関連する情報を削除します。

利用目的

本アプリの提供(ログイン、表示、通知)、不適切な投稿への対応と利用規約の運用、利用状況の把握と改善のためにだけ使います。

モデレーション

通報された内容や自動フィルターで保留になった内容は、当社の担当者が確認します。通報は24時間以内に対応します。

利用規約違反でアカウントを停止した場合、そのメールアドレスの一方向ハッシュ(元のアドレスは読み戻せないもの)を保存します。停止された利用者がアカウントを削除しても、そのメールアドレスで新しいアカウントは作れません。停止が解除されたら、ハッシュは削除します。

コミュニティ

• コミュニティの管理者と副管理者には、そのコミュニティのメンバー一覧、参加申請、招待が表示されます。
• 管理者と副管理者の操作(参加の承認・拒否、招待、メンバーを外すこと、投稿やコメントの非表示、役割の変更、コミュニティ情報の編集)は、記録(モデレーションログ)に残ります。記録は、そのコミュニティの管理者・副管理者と当社が見ることができます。
• 通報に対応するため、当社はコミュニティ内の投稿やコメントを見ることがあります。

位置情報

位置情報は、近くの場所を並べ替えるために端末の中でのみ使います。当社のサーバーには送信しません。

広告・トラッキング

広告は表示せず、広告SDKも組み込んでいません。他のアプリやサイトをまたいだ追跡は行いません。

第三者への提供と委託先

法令に基づく場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供しません。本アプリの運営のため、次の事業者に処理を委託します。

• Supabase: データベース、写真の保存、ログイン(東京リージョン)
• メール配信サービス: ログイン用確認コードの送信
• Expo、Apple、Google: プッシュ通知の配信(通知を許可した場合のみ)

アカウントの削除

アプリの「設定」タブの「アカウントを削除」から、いつでもアカウントを削除できます。削除すると、プロフィール、投稿、写真、コメント、いいね、フォロー、コミュニティへの参加、通知用トークンを削除します。アプリを開いた日付の記録は、アカウントとの結び付きを外して利用数としてだけ残します。あなたが送った通報は、対応記録としてアカウントとの結び付きを外して残り、アカウントの削除から90日後に削除されます。対応中の通報は、対応が終わり、その90日が過ぎてから削除されます。停止中のアカウントを削除した場合は、「モデレーション」で説明したメールアドレスのハッシュが残ります。

保存場所

サーバー側のデータは Supabase(東京リージョン)で管理しています。

外部サイトとデータ提供元

本アプリは次の第三者の情報やリンクを利用します。リンク先では、それぞれの運営者のポリシーが適用されます。

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 21, 2026

Operator: CodeDot GK (“we”). This explains what the IidaOne app (“the app”) handles and how we use it.

Without an account

• A randomly generated install ID and the dates the app was opened, kept on our server to count daily use.
• Preferences (language, district, interest tags) stay on your device only and are not sent to our servers.

With an account

• Email address: used to send you sign-in codes. Other users never see it.
• Profile: username, display name, bio and app language. Your username, display name, bio and public/private setting are shown to other users. District and interest tags stay on your device even when you have an account.
• What you share: posts, photos, comments, likes, follows, follow requests, communities you join, blocks and reports. A post is shown only to the audience you choose (your followers, or the members of one community). If you make your account private, others need your approval to follow you, and a follow request is kept until it is accepted, declined or cancelled. A private account's posts for followers are shown only to approved followers; posts to a community are shown to that community's members either way. If you make the account public again, pending requests are accepted automatically. Photos are re-encoded on your device before upload, which removes location and other EXIF data.
• Usage: while you are signed in, the dates you open the app are linked to your account.
• Push notifications: if you allow notifications, we store your device’s notification token.

Under 16

Accounts are for people aged 16 and over. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 16, we delete the account and its data.

Why we use it

Only to run the app (sign-in, showing content, notifications), to handle inappropriate content and enforce the terms, and to understand and improve how the app is used.

Moderation

Content that is reported, or held by the automatic filter, is reviewed by our staff. Reports are handled within 24 hours.

If we suspend an account for breaking the terms, we keep a one-way hash of its email address; the address cannot be read back from it. Even if the suspended user deletes the account, that email address cannot be used to create a new one. The hash is deleted if the suspension is lifted.

Communities

• A community’s admins and moderators can see that community’s member list, join requests and invitations.
• Actions by admins and moderators (approving or declining requests, inviting, removing members, hiding posts and comments, changing roles, editing community details) are recorded in a moderation log. The community’s admins and moderators, and we, can read the log.
• To handle reports, we may view posts and comments inside a community.

Location

Location is used only on your device to sort nearby places. It is not sent to our servers.

Ads and tracking

There are no ads and no ad SDKs. We do not track you across other apps or sites.

Sharing and service providers

We do not give personal information to third parties except where the law requires it. These providers process data on our behalf to run the app:

• Supabase: database, photo storage and sign-in (Tokyo region)
• An email delivery service: sending sign-in codes
• Expo, Apple and Google: delivering push notifications (only if you allow them)

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Me tab (Delete account). This deletes your profile, posts, photos, comments, likes, follows, community memberships and notification tokens. Records of the dates you opened the app are kept as anonymous counts, no longer linked to you. Reports you filed stay as moderation records, no longer linked to your account, and are deleted 90 days after the account is deleted; a report still under review is deleted once it has been handled and those 90 days have passed. If you delete a suspended account, the email hash described under Moderation is kept.

Where data is kept

Server-side data is hosted on Supabase (Tokyo region).

Third-party sources and links

The app uses information and links from third parties. Their own policies apply once you follow a link.
